Anger dilemma

Introduction

We see people around us with empty eyes, unhappy faces and stained behaviors. They don't like to interact with people; the more they interact more infuriate they feel. It's true that more interaction of different souls mean more social incidents among them so need of more understanding is obvious. These sort of disturb souls usually cannot decide the right way. Sometime there mind say "it's good" and afterwards "leave it, its bad". Healing of these unexplored emotions is not easy because intellectual complexities are still hidden.

Exploring own identities i.e. emotional relations of mind and body, is a very good attribute which may devour sore feelings. It is essential to consider that our sentiments are our body generated reactions. When a person feel annoyed, cherished, and/or respected etc, his body generates explicit reaction. Exploring these body generated reaction can positively engage our body and mind. It is further investigated and confirmed that anger can severely affect one's ability. By striving deeper into anger, the person fell into ultimate loneliness and thus punishes himself but its noticeable that these people fail to express their actions and sometime even indefinite towards their prepared activity.

Anger is felt whenever a person feel anxiety, fear or disbelief. The belief that we are on the right lane and other group is driving on the wrong direction couple the situation with anger, which might be dived towards violence. I personally feel that another asset of anger is lack of strength to cop up challenges i.e. when the vigorous challenge become more potent than our management capabilities the reaction is obvious in the form of anger. There is certainly endless list of anger cropping reaction but remedy toward the whole list is just love and love more, mercy and forgiveness can also make things optimistic toward rewarding edge.
